Ordering
At 283thcaroyd.com, we maintain a limited stock of pre-made products, depending on the collection. For select collections, we may offer pre-order options for items that are currently out of stock. Please note that all orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability or reservation until your order is completed and confirmed.
All orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. In some cases, we may request additional personal information to verify your identity. If this is required, we will attempt to contact you via email and allow 48 hours for a response. If we do not receive a reply within that time frame, your order may be cancelled.
Shipping
Orders containing pre-made products are typically processed within 5 business days after purchase.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier. Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are not the responsibility of 283thcaroyd.com.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Each order is processed and shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if placed by the same customer.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
